New Office of the Year

This award recognises the best new residential real estate office that has most effectively driven business growth during the 2022–23 financial year. This award is also open to existing agency groups that have expanded their operations to include a new office on or after 1 January 2020.

Property Management Business of the Year - 6 or less property managers

This award recognises the most successful property management business in Australia with six or fewer property managers.

This includes the office or offices of a dedicated property management business, or the activities of a real estate sales office that also provides property management services.

Property Management Business of the Year – 7 or more property managers

This award recognises the most successful property management business in Australia with seven or more property managers.

This includes the office or offices of a dedicated property management business, or the activities of a real estate sales office that also provides property management services.

Sales Office of the Year - Metropolitan

This award acknowledges the metropolitan residential sales office that maintains best practice service by utilising various tools and resources while developing new and innovative business strategies to ensure ongoing sales performance.

Sales Office of the Year – Regional

This award acknowledges the regional residential sales office that maintains best practice service by utilising various tools and resources while developing new and innovative business strategies to ensure ongoing sales performance.

Social and Community Service Program of the Year

This award recognises the real estate office that has gained the most traction via an ethical/social responsibility program and can highlight how that program has improved the position and branding of the real estate office, as well as positively impacted the people or cause on which it is focused.
