Since its inception 13 years ago, this esteemed ranking has set the standard for excellence in the Australian real estate sales industry.
The Top 50 Sales Offices 2025 ranking has been determined by Agile Market Intelligence based on key metrics from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. These included total value of settlements, total number of settlements, average days on market, and number of staff. These metrics were evaluated and ranked across all submissions.
The latest settlement figures highlight the continued strength and performance of leading sales teams amid fluctuating market conditions and economic pressures.
Despite challenges such as rising inflation, cost-of-living pressures, and a competitive real estate environment, the average number of settlements achieved by top-performing offices increased over the past year.
Among the top 50 offices, the average number of settlements rose from 492.54 last year to 554.37 in 2025, reflecting a significant increase in sales activity.
The top 10 offices also experienced growth, with the average settlements increasing from 1,041.35 in 2024 to 1,063.4 in 2025.
The average total value of settlements also increased significantly, with the top 50 climbing from $478,076,149 last year to $638,601,420 in 2025, and the top 10 increasing from $768,321,140 to $1,044,355,650.

The average time properties spent on the market in 2025 showcased an improvement in market conditions compared to the previous year.
Across the top 50 sales offices, the average days on market decreased from 37.18 in 2024 to 32.20 in 2025, highlighting a quicker turnover rate.
The trend was even more significant among the top 10 offices, where the average days on market fell sharply from 37.05 in 2024 to just 27.43 in 2025.
The reductions in average days on market indicate stronger demand in the property market over the past year.
Staff efficiency rates took a hit, decreasing from 23 for the top 50 and 28 for the top 10 to 21.5 and 25.3 respectively in 2025.
Efficiency rates were measured by calculating average settlements per number of sales-focused staff.
The property market showed a strong improvement in average sale prices in 2025, reflecting growth in market conditions compared to the previous year.
Among the top 50 sales offices, the average sale price climbed significantly, increasing from $1,079,559 in 2024 to $1,227,222 in 2025.
This trend was more significant among the top 10 offices, where the average sale price surged from $801,440 in 2024 to $1,112,428 in 2025.
The average number of sales agents in the top 50 rose from 18.32 to 20.52, while the top 10 saw an increase from 36.5 to 39.4.
The average number of support staff in the top 50 grew from 9.07 to 13.23, while the top 10 rose from 7.7 to 8.7.
