Following a successful foray into the commercial market in Queensland, Agency HQ will bulk up its operations in the subsector by welcoming a Central Coast commercial outfit to the firm.

Gosford-based Oliver Myers Properties will rebrand to Agency HQ, with Tony Myers at the helm.

Reportedly it was witnessing the success of Agency HQ Commercial Queensland that convinced Myers to make the switch from independent to align under the brand that also boasts residential offices across NSW, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.

While Myers will be targeting his activities in the region that his business has called home for over 30 years, with the support of Agency HQ it appears that potential expansion is in the cards.

In announcing the addition, Agency HQ CEO Mark Morrison expressed confidence in the new commercial operation’s success and its potential to swiftly gain market share in the Central Coast as well as the Lower Hunter and northern Sydney regions.

Myers said that he was looking forward to leveraging the brand’s built-in platforms to support both leasing and sales activities.

Morrison noted that the network’s back-end support was among its biggest strengths, attracting new offices to the fold.

“The demand for networks that provide back-end administration, marketing tools, and lead generation tools is very strong in both the commercial and residential sectors," Morrison commented.

“These are among the most frequently asked questions with every new enquiry we receive.”
