A Hawkesbury local has opened up shop to a new LJ Hooker Windsor office, further expanding the brand’s north-west Sydney scope.

Principal Geoffrey Allen heads up the new LJ Hooker Windsor office, which offers the full suite of real estate services across residential properties, including sales and property management, according to a statement provided to REB.

Mr Allen brings more than 20 years’ experience to his new role, having previously worked at LJ Hooker Coffs Harbour as an auctioneer.

“It certainly is the mark of a real estate network when talented people within the network choose to open their own office. Having previously worked at an LJ Hooker agency, we know Geoffrey’s expertise, passion and ability to achieve outstanding results is unmatched, and we’re delighted to have him on board and expanding our presence,” said senior network development manager Jerome Smith in congratulating Mr Allen.

“Geoffrey and his team of property professionals will have access to the systems, support and digital ideas of tomorrow that LJ Hooker is constantly leading the way in.

“The Windsor community and surrounding suburbs will be well served with the expertise and process-driven customer service that Geoffrey and his team will provide.”

Commenting on the decision to head up LJ Hooker Windsor, Mr Allen said: “LJ Hooker is a strong, family-orientated brand with innovative systems. It’s a well-known and, importantly, trusted brand that is backed by an extensive international network, which will help us provide even greater customer experiences.

“As a Hawkesbury resident myself, immersed in the lifestyle that the area offers, teaming up with other locals that are also dedicated to servicing this growing area was imperative to starting up the business.

“We know our customers will appreciate our knowledge and understanding of the local market as well as our personalised service, which combined with the technology and resources available through the LJ Hooker network, ensures we’re taking the necessary steps to grow our real estate business and better service our community.”
