Australia’s premier nudist resort renowned as a top tourist destination for lude behaviour, sex and swingers, now boasts a million dollar price tag.
The White Cockatoo resort, near Port Douglas in Queensland, is being sold for a cool $1.5 million.
White Cockatoo owners Tony and Lenore Fox said the sex tourist business was booming despite tough economic times and flagging tourism figures.
"We've beaten the global financial crisis with a bang,"' Mr Fox said.
But after eight years of ownership, the couple said it was time to move on and find the resort a new owner.
The resort, which is being billed as the nation's top group-sex hotspot, comes with 23 self-contained chalets, a four-bedroom house, swimming pool, licensed bar, and eight person spa.
It is claimed to be Australia's only fully licensed, government approved, and registered swinger resort.
