Harcourts has given responsibility to Tina Sander to help drive growth in its International department, which includes operations in the US, South Africa, China and Indonesia.
Ms Sander, who has been with Harcourts for five and half years, has been appointed head of International.
“Tina is a wealth of knowledge on all things Harcourts,” said Mike Green, Harcourts International’s managing director.
“Her passion, dedication and enthusiasm for the brand is unparalleled and she is the best possible ambassador for Harcourts internationally.”
Ms Sander will be responsible for the operations and growth of Harcourts’ international department, and part of her role sees her travel extensively to each of the countries to ensure each team is functioning effectively.
Ms Sander began her time at Harcourts as Academy administration and reception support with Harcourts Queensland, then after 18 months, moved into the role of business operations manager.
After nearly two years as business operations manager, Ms Sander was then appointed as international operations manager for Harcourts in November 2009 before accepting the head of international role in March 2012.
