Having started his corporate career in sales, Carl found out very early on how central marketing was in achieving business growth. He moved through various sales and leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies in the UK and Australia. It was at one of these companies, Pitney Bowes that Carl realised that small business did not have the opportunities to outsource their mailing needs like large businesses did. Carl decided to set up a company to specialise in small business direct marketing, with the core focus on real estate. It is now his goal to get his message and structured marketing framework to as many agents as possible, by writing a book on the subject, due for release in late 2014.
