Monday, July 1, 2024, marks a significant milestone for NGU Real Estate with the opening of the NGU South East office. Emil Juresic, CEO said “this latest addition is the company's 12th office, further expanding its footprint and reinforcing its presence in the region.” The NGU South East office is led by Todd Gerhardt, a seasoned professional formerly recognised as Remax’s number one agent for eight years in a row. Todd brings a wealth of local market knowledge and a track record of results to NGU. Todd is a great addition to the NGU culture and we look forward to growing our team and presence across the south east with Todd on board.
NGU Real Estate also celebrated the recent opening of the NGU Brisbane West office. This office is under the leadership of John Karlecik, further demonstrating NGU's strategic expansion. John started from the bottom and today is a dedicated NGU prestige agent having written in excess of $1m in GCI in 12 months. John's commitment and deep understanding of the local market are poised to drive the success of the Brisbane West office.
