Belle Property has bolstered its offering with a new office in Braidwood, NSW.
The new office is being headed up by experienced agent and principal Kelly Allen.
According to a statement from the group, Belle Property Braidwood will focus on rural and residential sales and marketing and “will be opening with a close-knit team with Kelly at the helm, alongside business manager Tim Allen and an assistant agent”.
Commenting on the new office, Ms Allen flagged the Belle Property brand as a key drawing card.
“I have a background in property marketing, so I wanted to align with a brand that took marketing and branding as seriously as I do. I was also looking for the next step in the development of my business. Being part of a national brand like Belle Property really has the potential to put a town like Braidwood on the map,” she said.
“Real estate in Braidwood is booming, and I think it comes down to the attraction of lifestyle locations in this current climate. Braidwood offers the best of country living, with the city lights of Canberra and sandy beaches right on its doorstep.
“With more and more people working from home, forgoing a daily commute, it’s made people consider the kind of lifestyle they’d actually like to have and whether they can get that in their current city, or if a tree or sea change is in order.”
Ms Allen noted her team’s approach to real estate is “to be supremely focused on our customers”. The approach is especially important in a small town like Braidwood, she noted, where the community and customer service “is everything”.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be joining the Belle Property brand, and its boutique look and feel was exactly what we were after. We want to bring national awareness to our town, but not at the expense of its identity, so a brand like Belle Property complements what Braidwood has to offer,” Ms Allen added.
Commenting on the new office, CEO of Belle Property Peter Hanscomb said: “Kelly has been in real estate for more than 20 years and working in Braidwood since 2013. She is an award-winning agent and principal and the ideal fit to launch the brand into the Braidwood area.”
