Two well-known Sydney buyer’s agents, Tammy Soglanich and Leon Jacques, have launched a new agency, Aurum Advisory, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
With a combined two decades of experience, the pair have established a team of property experts that aims to guide a diverse range of buyers, from first home purchasers to high-end investors.
Soglanich and Jacques bring extensive industry knowledge and a track record of significant property acquisitions during their tenure at Cohen Handler.
Jacques, an experienced entrepreneur, has spent 40 years in the business sector, including a decade managing a Double Bay real estate agency.
He also spent the last 10 years working as a buyer’s agent, with seven of those years working for Cohen Handler, joining the company a year after Soglanich.
In 2023, Soglanich facilitated over $241 million in property transactions, while Jacques has secured approximately 400 properties over the past decade.
The duo highlighted their excitement about the launch of Aurum Advisory and its journey ahead.
“We have combined our years of hands-on experience in buying property, bringing a proven track record to our new venture,” Soglanich and Jacques said in a joint statement.
“This is more for us than just finding properties; we’re here to redefine the customer experience and way people approach property buying,” they said.
