A new Tasmanian agency is looking to throw some punches in Hobart’s commercial space.
Trevor Fox has been introduced as a founding partner of Ray White Commercial Hobart, alongside Nawwar Alshawi and Farzin Hesari.
With almost two decades of experience within the commercial property sector, Mr Fox reportedly aims to wake up a “sleeping giant” in the new-look team.
“Ray White in Tasmania is a sleeping giant, for me. I see some real opportunities having the Ray White Commercial brand in Hobart directly connected to our large national network,” he commented.
“I believe within 12 months, Ray White Commercial Hobart can gain real market share and be a dominant brand.”
Ray White Hobart Group’s managing director, Nawwar Alshawi, said that attracting a top agent of Mr Fox’s calibre is critical to the success of the new commercial office.
Ultimately, the addition of Mr Fox to the team stands as “a nod to (the group’s) growth vision”, according to Ray White Commercial head of agency operations Andrew Freeman.
“No one knows commercial property in Hobart and Tasmania like Trevor and we’re really pleased to welcome someone of genuine quality to the family,” he added.
“I’m certain that he’s going to deliver outstanding service and results for the property owners of Hobart and Tasmania,” Mr Freeman concluded.
