The two offices are merging with commercial agency Stanton Hillier Parker.
The LJ Hooker Commercial Sydney and North Sydney agencies are currently undertaking the rebrand, effective this month.
According to a statement from Stanton Hillier Parker, it’s the third expansion for the group this year alone, as it hints at further opportunities still on the horizon.
It also marks the establishment of a Sydney CBD and North Sydney presence for the Stanton Hillier Parker platform, which was only relaunched in Australia two years ago, but now consists of 30 personnel across three offices.
The new-look offering will be headed up by James Griffith as managing director, with senior directors Steven Kruyer and Shane Wall.
According to Mr Griffiths, the new brand “ticks all the boxes” as the agency looks to continue developing its network, technology and reach.
Mr Kruyer said it was “exciting” to expand in the business’s next chapter, commenting: “It’s refreshing working with a brand that upholds history and integrity within the commercial property market but also allows agents to do what they know best.”
Commercial agencies need to adapt to the changing commercial property environment and be doing things bigger, better, faster, added Mr Wall, before stating that, most importantly, commercial agencies must be working “smarter”.
In his opinion, “Stanton Hillier Parker ticks all the boxes with that”.
Highlighting the focus on customer experience and service, Mr Wall said the brand alignment “allows our team to put the clients first, [and] to focus on their transactions”.
“So it was a wise step for us in making the switch,” he said.
Eugene Evgenikos, the Australian managing partner at Stanton Hillier Parker, said the commercial agency model they use “is capable of disrupting the current commercial property agency market, by returning value to the agent previously given to large corporates or franchisors”.
“I’m really excited that James, Steven, Shane and their team recognised the value and opportunity in joining us,” he concluded.
