A cryptocurrency brokerage is moving into the Melbourne precinct, capitalising on some “striking Melbourne CBD views”.
Australia-based Caleb & Brown has leased a 700-square metre office located at Level 3, 2-6 Gwynne Street, Cremorne.
Owned by Roche Holdings, the four-year lease has them paying $750 gross.
According to Cushman & Wakefield, the “brand new seven-level office building with impressive finishes has a 4.5-star NABERS rating, ground floor gym, [and] end of trip facilities”.
It also boasts private terraces on each floor, which provide views of the CBD and Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
Cushman & Wakefield associate director Chris Meehan negotiated the deal and acknowledged that Cremorne “has always been the home to innovative companies”.
“Now we’re seeing businesses that specialise in cryptocurrencies taking more and more space in the precinct,” he said.
