The group has continued the expansion of its new Perth office, appointing a new director to its office leasing team.
Ross Skelton joins the team from JLL, where he spent the last 14 years.
In 2021 alone, Mr Skelton was “directly involved in more than 30 transactions and broker-led over 90 per cent of all transactions”, according to Colliers’ national director of office leasing, Jemma Hutchinson.
“Ross prides himself on broker-led transactions, combining a highly established network with unparalleled energy and enthusiasm,” she continued.
“Ross has considerable experience in all facets of the leasing process, working with key stakeholders to provide strategic advice across all asset classes including project leasing, where he has led many successful campaigns in the CBD, West Perth and fringe suburban precincts.”
Reflecting on the Perth-based team growth, Ms Hutchinson said it had been fuelled by market demand.
“There has been a gap in the market in agency and we are very excited to deliver and offer a service to clients that will only continue to grow from strength to strength,” she commented.
“We currently have a team of four in office leasing and we are excited to continue adding more experts as we progress throughout the year.
“A fresh new approach to servicing clients is something we can deliver exceptionally well and we look forward to being a market leader here in WA.”
