The firm has announced the appointment of an experienced industry professional as a director within its bustling Melbourne office.
A statement from the company has revealed that Marcus Tanti will become the director of the firm’s tenant advisory group.
According to the report, Mr Tanti brings a wealth of experience to the 300-strong office, having spent five of 12 years in the commercial property industry as a director at Savills Australia & New Zealand.
Cushman & Wakefield has touted his proven track record is ratified by his strong and diverse client base, which was built off the back of exceptional service and advice as well as a customer-first approach.
Company representatives have expressed delight at the appointment, with the firm’s Victorian managing director Luke Etherington commenting that Mr Tanti’s strong network across Victoria and extensive experience will be an exciting addition to the TAG team, especially during a time when the business looks to expand and capitalise on the evolving landscape of the office sector.
According to Cushman & Wakefield, the company’s tenant advisory group provides its clients with assistance across a range of real estate services, from streamlining a portfolio and rental review navigation right through to providing help with office relocations.
In addition to this, the tenant advisory group provides clients with a multidisciplinary view ranging from retail, office and industrial sectors right across all aspects of commercial leasing.
