Stanton Hillier Parker has expanded its roster once again, onboarding a new commercial agency in the city.

The global brand announced that LJ Hooker Commercial Inner West Sydney’s team, led by Bill Aslanidis, will operate under the Stanton Hillier Parker (SHP) banner following a successful merger, which became effective on 1 July.

Mr Aslanidis, who brings 40 years of real experience to the new venture and was formerly the national head of LJ Hooker Commercial franchise operations, said the merger was an opportunity to broaden his team’s offerings to clients.

“Moving to a full-service agency under a globally recognised brand name is most exciting for us as we supercharge and leverage the platform for growth,” he said.

Speaking on the group’s expansion, Stanton Hillier Parker managing partner for Australia Eugene Evgenikos said that by uniting forces and growing the team, the union would provide more coverage and supplement SHP’s existing offices.

“We are delighted to have LJ Hooker Commercial Inner West Sydney business as part of our ever-growing SHP family,” Mr Evgenikos stated.

“This business is highly complementary on a Sydney front helping consolidate our existing operation as we look to expand our agency offering overseas and interstate under our new unique commercial agency model.”

The global brand has gradually deepened its roots in the country’s commercial property sector since its Australian relaunch in 2019

With its longstanding vision to restore the Stanton Hillier Parker International business under a new commercial agency model, the agency aims to continually expand its presence with additional Sydney offices and interstate. The commercial agency also unveiled that a new Singapore operation is in the works.

Stanton Hillier Parker stated that the newest merger does not only align with SHP’s overarching objective but will also benefit operations and create efficiencies for the clients and the business as SHP seeks to further grow and develop its platform.

The newest merger also comes almost a year after Stanton Hillier Parker strengthened its stronghold in the harbour city, with the former LJ Hooker Commercial Sydney and North Sydney offices having aligned with the group back in July 2021.
