The firm has enlisted the services of a former ANZ employee to become its new Asia-Pacific regional director of information technology.
Kathleen Stubbs takes up the role, effective immediately, having previously spent a two-year tenure as the chief information officer (ANZ) at JLL and the head of technology operations at APAC.
In addition to her roles at JLL and APAC, she has also served her duties in various professional services companies, such as EY, as well as industry-leading corporations like Telstra and Knight Frank — where she spent seven years serving firstly as group director, information technology (CIO) before becoming a partner and the global head of service delivery and infrastructure.
Her lengthy career has seen Ms Stubbs develop a reputation as a technology leader who possesses a deep experience in the professional services, information, and technology fields; however, her core focus over the last decade has been the real estate industry.
She becomes the newest member of Colliers’ Asia-Pacific executive team, with the business reporting that she will establish her base in Sydney, where she will collaborate with the innovative team of technology experts at the firm’s disposal, taking responsibility for leading Colliers’ digital transformation agenda across the Asia-Pacific region.
