The firm has nabbed Lily Swan to join its Canberra-based team.
Ms Swan will take on the role of office leasing executive and comes to the brand from Blackshaw Real Estate.
According to a statement from JLL announcing her appointment, the newest executive will “further strengthen the expertise and capabilities of the team in one of Australia’s most resilient office markets”.
According to Andrew Balzanelli, JLL’s head of office leasing – ACT, Ms Swan joins the team “at an exciting time and will strengthen our presence in Canberra”.
He stated that the Canberra vacancy rate has continued to trend downwards since the pandemic, “reflecting the resilience of the office market”.
According to him, “the expansion of the team is a result of the high levels of demand we are experiencing, and so we can ensure we continue to deliver our best-in-market service for our clients”.
“We are looking forward to seeing Lily grow in this next phase of her career, with her as part of our team,” the head of office leasing concluded.
