The commercial property company continues expanding its Australian presence with its latest pair of appointments.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Western Australia office has drafted in Ben Younger as joint head of capital markets to help progress the company’s footprint in the state. Having honed his commercial agency craft across 18 years of industry operation across both Western Australia and South Australia, Mr Younger’s vast skill set across marketing and sales of commercial, retail, and healthcare investment properties, development sites, institutional-grade properties, specialised assets and other portfolio sales has been welcomed by the network.
Mark Clapham, joint managing director of Cushman & Wakefield WA, applauded Mr Younger as being “highly regarded across WA and SA, having acted for a broad range of private and public companies, government bodies, institutions, receivers/managers and private owners”.
“Ben’s network and expertise will further strengthen the Cushman & Wakefield client offering and our overall market presence in WA,” he added.
Further to Mr Younger’s arrival, Cushman & Wakefield also added Adam Hartley as director and head of office leasing in South Australia, in what Guy Bennett, the company’s managing director and head of capital markets in South Australia, described as another strategic move for the business.
“Adam is by far one of Adelaide’s leading office leasing experts, and his market knowledge, track record, and longstanding client relationships will be a huge asset to the team,” he said.
Having spent the past 12 years in the commercial real estate industry in a variety of roles, resulting in him owning extensive experience in building high-performance teams with excellent client management, Mr Hartley will be crucial as the company continues to drive its expansion goals.
Mr Hartley follows Mr Bennett as the two latest additions to the brand’s South Australian outpost after the latter arrived at the brand in October following a decade of service at Knight Frank.
In addition to the latest string of appointments, Cushman & Wakefield also recently appointed Marcus Tanti as its new director of the firm’s tenant advisory group in Melbourne, as well as drafting Daniel Cullinane and Sam Nugent into its national investment sales team in April.
