The firm has revealed two new Sydney-based appointments to its industrial and logistics platform across Australian and New Zealand markets.
A statement from Cushman & Wakefield revealed Tony Iuliano and Adrian Rowse would be lending their expertise to the real estate giant.
Mr Iuliano has been appointed to the role of international director – head of industrial and logistics ANZ.
The international director brings 25 years of experience to the role, having executed “some of the largest industrial transactions ever seen in the Australian market, including the sale of the Milestone portfolio last year, valued at AU$3.8 billion,” as per Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr Iuliano himself has called it “an honour to join such an energetic commercial real estate powerhouse”.
Sharing that he is looking forward to tapping into the Cushman & Wakefield global network, he expressed that “there is real scope to harness these international and local relationships and provide an even stronger service offering in the capital markets and industrial and logistics space”.
He’ll be joined in the Sydney office by Mr Rowse, who takes on the position of national director – industrial and logistics, capital markets, ANZ.
The firm has noted Mr Rowse’s two decades of experience across multiple states. He’s set to be focusing on investment grade and portfolio divestment across Australia.
Cushman & Wakefield managing director ANZ, Simon Fenn, said the newest appointments follow “the success of the well-established Cushman & Wakefield national capital markets team”.
“Tony and Adrian have been appointed to cast a wider net across the industrial and logistics capital markets sector; further strengthening and expanding our national and global offering to our clients,” he explained.
“Our national commercial agency teams will also greatly benefit from Tony and Adrian’s unrivalled track record, alongside their longstanding relationships with clients,” the managing director concluded.
