In response to the thriving Gold Coast market and its promising outlook, the global real estate services company has made a strategic executive appointment.
Kyle Youngson takes on the role of director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Gold Coast office, moving on from his role of director of metro markets Queensland which he held for four years.
Bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr Youngson will now spearhead the regional office’s operations and lead a team focused professionals on delivering real estate solutions to clients on the Gold Coast.

He emphasised the importance of the Gold Coast region as a key market for the firm. “The Gold Coast’s depth and strength have grown rapidly, particularly due to the migration to Queensland, and the south-east corner has witnessed tremendous development.”
Mr O’Brien underscored that the appointment aligns with the firm’s core focus of fostering and supporting the office’s growth to enhance client service and address the evolving demands of the region.
With his extensive industry experience and strong track record, the executive expressed his confidence Mr Youngson is “well-positioned to drive business growth and ensure Cushman & Wakefield remains at the forefront of the market”.
“Kyle has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership and expertise, making him the ideal candidate for this crucial role,” Mr O’Brien added.
He underlined Mr Youngson’s integral role in Cushman & Wakefield’s success in the state, as well his “passion for the real estate industry and dedication to delivering innovative solutions”, have garnered him recognition from clients and colleagues alike.
“His ability to understand market trends, build strong client relationships and lead with a vision aligns perfectly with our company’s commitment to excellence,” Mr O’Brien said.
Mr Youngson conveyed his enthusiasm for embracing increased responsibilities within the company’s ranks.
“The Gold Coast market is bursting with opportunities, and I am committed to harnessing the potential of this region.
“With the support of our talented team, we will continue to deliver exceptional results to our clients and contribute to the continued success of Cushman & Wakefield,” he stated.
