Knight Frank has cemented its position on the NSW Central Coast, thanks to the rebranding of a local agency.

What was LJ Hooker Commercial Central Coast is now Knight Frank, with the office still to be run by principal and licensee in charge, Ty Blanch.

Blanch, who helmed the LJ Hooker Commercial Central Coast offices for almost two decades, said: “This significant rebranding marks a pivotal moment for the Central Coast’s commercial property landscape, offering clients a trusted name coupled with expanded services.”

Expressing that the team’s longevity is “hugely advantageous”, the principal expects the new branding “would only strengthen” their position as “the most trusted agents on the Central Coast”.

With some members demonstrating over 22 years of unwavering dedication an uncommon occurrence in our industry we’ve built a culture of expertise and dedication that distinguishes us from our competitors,” Blanch said.

Operating out of two locations, the 21-strong team provides primarily commercial property services from Tuggerah and Gosford.

Calling the change “an exciting chapter for us and and our clients”, Blanch said the group is “well-positioned to serve the evolving needs of the Central Coasts growing market”.

“By partnering with Knight Frank, we can now offer a full-service agency including sales and leasing, asset management and the addition of property valuations and specialised retail and shopping centre asset management,” Blanch revealed.

He also stated that the new partnership brings about improvements to the agency’s infrastructure: “With a new CRM system and upgraded IT capabilities, the agency is poised to deliver even greater value to its clients.”

Weighing in on the new alliance, the managing director of Knight Frank Newcastle, Ross Cooper, is enthusiastic about the team’s rebrand, with Knight Frank revealing Cooper had collaborated with Blanch for more than a year to explore the potential for growth and expansion, with the partnership following on from Knight Frank’s first foray into the area in late 2022.

“This partnership cements Knight Frank as the largest corporate brand of commercial real estate between Sydney and Newcastle, setting a new standard for excellence in the region,” he said.

“Over the past few years people have viewed Newcastle and the Central Coast as a more desirable place to live, and population growth in the area has led to more activity from a business and commercial perspective,” Cooper continued.

“Along with this growth, we have seen more investors looking outside the major capital cities to these regional areas, therefore the decision to collaborate with a reputable team on the Central Coast to further capitalise on this growth was a straightforward one.

The alignment of Blanch’s offices with Knight Frank is also set to see the continuation of strong commercial names within the business, with the likes of Karen Aubrey, Brett Dowling, Anthony Scarcella and Robert Bose.

Cooper went on to remark: “We look forward to leveraging the experience and networks of the existing team to continue strengthening the presence of the Knight Frank brand and providing only the best service to our valued clients.”
