A sixth member will be joining the South Sydney investment sales team at the global firm.

Adam Droubi has been appointed to the role of senior sales associate, joining the existing five members of Knight Frank’s investment sales team in South Sydney.

Within his new role, Knight Frank said Droubi will work alongside Anthony Pirrottina and Demi Carigliano, both joint heads of the firm’s South Sydney office.

The group identified Droubi’s specialisation in selling unit blocks and development sites as presenting a welcome addition to South Sydney’s investment sales team.

Pirrottina singled out Droubi’s experience in past roles at CBRE and IB Property, and other experience “working closely with large super funds, private equity firms and private high-net-worth clients” as rendering the sales associate a welcome addition to South Sydney’s investment sales team.

“Adam’s appointment bolsters Knight Frank South Sydney’s presence in the private sector, bringing further expertise in the blocks of apartment and boarding house sector,” stated Pirrottina.

“Buyer demand for residential investments of scale continues to grow as a result of a surging rental market, with these assets providing defensive cash flows and long-term capital appreciation.”

Weighing in on his own alignment, Droubi shared his “excitement to join an established and high-performing team”.

His goal is to help “continue to grow our position as market leaders in the private commercial property market across inner Sydney”.

This expansion move comes as one in a series of new appointments for Knight Frank, most recently including the selection of John-Paul Stichbury from Knight Frank’s UK branch to serve as partner, valuation and advisory, within the living sectors team in the firm’s Sydney office.
