Belle Property’s commercial division has unveiled its newest office within the East Melbourne area.
Principal Mitch Rosam, associate Ashleigh Rosam and their team of commercial property experts stand at the helm of the agency, which officially opened its doors on 1 May 2024.
In a statement, Belle Property noted that the new agency would differentiate itself from the local competition, by “solely specialising” in the commercial space.
Also lauding the team’s wealth of experience, Belle Property reported that Mitch Rosam brings with him nine years of industry experience and a comprehensive understanding of the local industrial, retail and office market.
His knowledge is bolstered by Ashleigh Rosam’s decade of real estate experience.
Belle Property said the office opening coincides with an exponential increase in commercial activity in the area over the past 18 months, with industrial and retail spaces at “the forefront” of eastern Melbourne’s market. Subsequently, the group expects this demand to grow even further, following the return of businesses to in-office employment types.
For Mitch Rosam, the alignment with the brand “is a strategic step forward for our hard-working ethic”.
“We want to evolve and better serve our industrial, retail and office clientele while adapting to the changing dynamics of the commercial industry,” he remarked.
Stressing approachability and authenticity as important attributes to the business, he said this is reflected within the team’s approach to commercial real estate.
The alliance of the business with the Belle brand is also an exciting one for Belle Property Victorian state head Anthony Webb, who lauded “Mitch’s work ethic, loyal client base and track record of results for commercial sales and leasing in Melbourne’s east”.
“Belle Property is a full-service brand and having a commercial specialist in the eastern suburbs strategically makes so much sense for our network and its continued growth here in Victoria,” Webb concluded.
