The commercial specialist joins the firm with close to two decades of experience.

Patrick Curran has been appointed director of industrial, Victoria, at M3 Property, bringing his specialist knowledge of the Melbourne commercial sector to the valuation and advisory firm.

Most recently having served as commercial director of Ray White Valuations in Melbourne, Curran has 18 years of experience across the sector working from firms like Colliers and Herron Todd White. He has conducted valuations across most asset classes, specialising in commercial property in the Melbourne metropolitan area and large regional centres around Victoria.

His clients have included large corporate institutions, not-for-profit organisations, government departments and individuals. He is an associate member of the Australian Property Institute and a chartered member of RICS.

M3 Property’s managing director of Victoria, Luana Kenny, said the firm is “pleased to welcome Patrick Curran to the Melbourne team as a director in our industrial sector”.

“Patrick has been in the industry for nearly two decades with a primary focus in the industrial and commercial sectors. With his strong experience and focus on client relationships, he will be an asset to the firm. We look forward to Patrick joining our growing national industrial team,” she added.

The national Industrial team at M3 Property includes Neil Bradford, director of industrial for South Australia; Ross Farwell, director of industrial for Queensland; Joel Ducey, director of industrial in NSW.

This latest Victorian appointment comes on the heels of the firm also setting its sights on the office market, with M3 Property forecasting a large influx of premium grade office space with gold-star energy ratings coming onto the market as a number of major completions draw near.
