The network’s commercial arm is looking for innovative ways to support small businesses and the office and industrial leasing markets.
The promotion, called National Leasing Solutions, makes use of the network’s existing auction software to offer a curated collection of industrial and office spaces tailored to meet the leasing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Within the National Leasing Solutions promotion, Raine & Horne specially identified SMEs as a market segment they aim to target, by showcasing the types of properties that small firms can call home.
Essentially a campaign that highlights the types of properties the national brand can offer in the small business space, the firm is hoping it will serve as something of an introduction to clients, whom they can then tailor bespoke options for, depending on location and operational needs.
“With a focus on providing prime locations, our portfolio features a diverse range of exceptional properties throughout Australia’s major markets,” stated Chris Nicholl, head of commercial network at Raine & Horne Commercial.
Nicholl explained that the quality of the properties selected for the promotion was informed by “Raine & Horne Commercial’s strong local market relationships and expansive geographic coverage” which enabled the network to offer properties that will “help SMEs grow”.
“Our vision at Raine & Horne Commercial extends beyond transactions; it’s about fostering relationships that drive mutual success and growth,” Nicholl expressed.
“This collection of properties represents the best of what Raine & Horne Commercial does: a mix of office, showroom and industrial spaces tailored to meet the evolving demands of Australia’s SMEs,” he concluded.
With this announcement, Raine & Horne continues the momentum they have displayed this year in rolling out their new brand refresh alongside formally acquiring Mike Pero Real Estate and the New Zealand outfit’s 56 franchise offices.
