The firm welcomes a new commercial director for Australia and New Zealand, as well as new managing directors in NSW and the ACT.
Jon Fleming has returned to Cushman & Wakefield, taking up the the position of commercial director for Australia and New Zealand.
With over 20 years of technical, operational and commercial experience with large multinational organisations such as John Holland, Serco, and GE, Fleming’s specialist knowledge has been tapped to help the firm make strides across certain aspects of its commercial business in Australia and New Zealand.
He will reportedly be focusing on developing and implementing commercial structures across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, property management and facilities management (FM).
Noral Wild, chief executive of Cushman & Wakefield ANZ, said the firm was thrilled to welcome Fleming back, stating her assurance that the commercial expert’s “insights and ability to navigate diverse market sectors will be instrumental in continuing to deliver exceptional value to our clients”.
At the same time as Fleming steps into this role, Cushman & Wakefield has also made key appointments in the leadership of its state and territory teams.
Maria Russo-Fama has been appointed as state managing director for NSW, while she’ll also continue to hold the role of director of project development services (PDS), sales, strategy and enablement for ANZ. Having joined the firm in 2021, Russo-Fama has reportedly played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the PDS business.
Moreover, Lora Radmilovic has been appointed as territory managing director for the ACT, and will similarly continue on in her previous role as state director, asset services for NSW, the ACT and South Australia.
Russo-Fama and Radmilovic will now report directly to Wild, focusing on delivering a unified approach from the firm to its many clients across the region.
In welcoming them to the strategic positions, Wild commented that both had proven track records of “bringing people together and driving collective success”.
“These appointments reflect our commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within our organisation, expressly designed to benefit our people, clients and stakeholders,” Wild added.
