Belle Property’s commercial division has announced the opening of Belle Property Central Coast, with the office to be led by local real estate expert and auctioneer, Anthony Scarcella.

With over 15 years of experience spanning both residential and commercial real estate, Scarcella will oversee operations throughout the Central Coast region, including areas such as Tuggerah, Wyong, Charmhaven, Toukley, Gosford, West Gosford, Erina, Somersby, and Umina.

Joining Scarcella is asset manager Megan Scarcella, contributing to the team’s extensive local knowledge and expertise.

In recent years, Anthony Scarcella has specialised in the sale, leasing and management of commercial properties, primarily focusing on industrial spaces, alongside office and retail sectors.

“When I moved to the Central Coast over 10 years ago, I started with not knowing any clients and I started small. I don’t believe real estate is about being the biggest or loudest; I believe in offering the best service and achieving results for my clients, no matter their budgets,” Anthony Scarcella said.

“I have worked with clients with leases for $10,000 p/a as well as those with $20 million sales. I take great satisfaction in helping businesses buy and lease commercial properties that can help them succeed and grow from year to year.”

The timing of Belle Property’s new Central Coast office aligns with a stable market trend, as Anthony Scarcella stated he has observed growing confidence among buyers in the area.

“As we’re currently sitting at the top of the interest cycle, I believe that 2025 will be a great year, with yields beginning to tighten and the likelihood of a reduction of interest rates,” he noted.

Joining Belle Property’s specialised commercial arm was a strategic move for Anthony Scarcella.

“Belle Property has a specialised commercial sector, and my clients will benefit from the national network,” he said.

Benjamin Congiusta, associate director of Belle Property Commercial, expressed enthusiasm regarding the new office’s opening and the addition of Anthony Scarcella to the team.

“We are very excited to welcome Belle Property Commercial Central Coast to our network as we continue to boost our presence nationally, and we’re thrilled to welcome Anthony and his team to lead the new office,” he said.

This opening strengthens the ability of Belle Property to service the Central Coast, complementing the services of Belle Property Central Coast and Belle Property Point Claire, led by principal Cathy Baker.
