A proptech company has brought a web-based vendor proposal app to the market, promising to give real estate agents access to new technologies and help them gain competitive advantage.
Proply is an iteratively styled proposal software for real estate agents that is interactive and customisable.
It brings together all the information usually used in a vendor proposal — including sales data, marketing plans, timelines, case studies, testimonials and images — and integrates with tools like PriceFinder, LinkedIn and Google Maps or Google AdWords.
Proply founder and CEO Geoff Lewis said that, initially, the concept was a solution to his own problem.
“My belief that there is a disconnect between serving prospects a typical proposal document and the emotionally charged environment of the property market.
“I wanted to bridge this gap. I wanted to demonstrate that our fees are a valuable investment, and I wanted to create an interactive environment to convey this message.”
He said that with the app, the agent’s user experience is Proply’s priority.
“Real estate is fast and agents are busy,” Mr Lewis said.
“No one has time for another technology product unless it is easy to use and adds immediate value. These are the pillars for our product development and user experience forms the foundation."
Mr Lewis said that the app is the result of extensive market research.
“Our agents wanted to create beautiful proposals, fast,” the founder said.
“They also wanted to interact with their vendors in a digital age and they wanted the app to support them to win listings.”
