A new tech-based inspection management tool promises to transform the way residential property inspections are managed across Australia and New Zealand.
InspectSafe is an easy-to-use app that provides upgraded personal safety as well as time and process-efficient features for property managers.
The app captures key information from all trust systems and covers entry, exit and routine inspections.
InspectSafe creators said that the app is likely to change the way property managers do their business.
“It streamlines the overall process and reduces the time spent on inspections and reporting,” they said.
“Its smart functionality allows users to produce customisable reports onsite in record time, while its safety features include distress alerts and GPS location tracking.”
Business development manager at First National On The Coast Elle Osborne said that InspectSafe has already transformed the way she does her business.
“Previously, we used an inspection app that we thought was doing a great job, but we were wrong,” she said.
“InspectSafe is far superior to anything else we have used. When it comes to the admin side of routine inspections, I estimate [that] InspectSafe has cut down that time down by around 35 minutes per inspection.”
Now a BDM coach, but previously an agent at Integrity Real Estate, Deniz Yusuf said that the product gave him peace of mind.
“While I was an agent, I was always worried and concerned about the safety of my property managers while attending inspections.
“We even had a system where they could call the office with a particular code, so if there was a problem or concern with safety, the person in the office who answered the phone would know.

Other features that the app has include access to information, comment-capturing tools, text-to-speech capability, photo capture, executive summaries, data syncing and customisable reports.
