The much-anticipated REB Top 100 Agents ranking for 2018 has been released.
The REB Top 100 Agents ranking, partnered by realestate.com.au, is the benchmark for success in Australian real estate. The ranking has set the bar for professional excellence for seven years, identifying the best salespeople in the industry.

Combined, the total dollar value sold for the entire REB Top 100 Agents was an incredible $15.5 billion, up from $14.2 billion last year, and $13.9 billion in 2016.
Total sales were up from 9,012 in 2016 and 9,302 in 2017 to 9507 this year. Average dollar value of sales for the REB Top 100 Agents was $155.6 million, up from $142.2 million last year and from $139.7 million in 2016.
Average commission earned for REB Top 100 Agents in 2018 fell slightly to 1.81 per cent from 1.83 per cent in 2017 and from 1.84 per cent in 2016, while average days on market moved out from 25 days in 2016 and 28 days in 2017 to 30 days in 2018.
To determine the 2018 ranking, entrants were judged across a series of metrics, including number and volume of sales, and the average sale price achieved in the 2016 calendar year.
