Two prominent real estate tech brands are joining forces to create a better customer experience for agents across the country to complement pipelines and nurture database contacts.
ActivePipe, an automated communications platform designed especially for real estate and iLEADS, an ambitious pipeline accelerator, have joined forces.
ActivePipe CMO Nick Jeffrey said that the new partnership would create a seamless end-to-end experience for their users.
“ActivePipe employs smart data and predictive analytics to identify and convert potential buyers and sellers in an agent’s database.
“With this ground-breaking technology, agents are able to nurture their contacts with relevant and timely information at each stage of the property journey. ActivePipe automates these communications and delivers them on an agent’s behalf.”
He said that iLEADS offers an “ambitious” lead generating service, offering postcode exclusivity and a uniquely high frequency of leads.
“This new partnership offers agents an opportunity to experience the best of both services.”
Mr Jeffrey said that it was an exciting time for the real estate industry.
“With our innovative marketing automation and iLEADS’ superior lead generation capabilities, I can see fantastic opportunity for agents to create amazing customer experiences all the way down the path to purchase,” the CMO said.
Emma Barr, the founder and director of iLEADS, said that she was anticipating that the new partnership would have a transformational effect.
“ActivePipe is a great fit for what we do here at iLEADS,” the director said.
“We believe this is the way forward for real estate agents and the industry as a whole. iLEADS is so looking forward to helping agents change the way they work for the better.”
Ms Barr said that the collaboration seeks to eliminate outdated marketing tactics.
“By streamlining the prospecting process and providing new levels of lead generation and contact interaction, this partnership is set to make a significant difference in the real estate landscape,” the director said.
