VaultRE has delivered a new CRM offering to the market that will provide a complete solution encompassing both sales and property management.

VaultRE managing director Scott Wulff said that the new tech draws on nearly 50 years of experience, built using the latest technology on Amazon AWS.

He said that it streamlines day-to-day operations and provides end-to-end visibility of sales and property management activity by agent, by office and across an entire agency network.

Mr Wulff also said that it offers “seamless” integration with industry platforms including realestate.com.au, Printforce, CoreLogic, OnTheMove and RealTime Agents.

“Despite our comprehensive real estate experience, it was crucial that we didn’t build a solution that simply reflected our understanding of what real estate agencies need,” he said.

“Working with like-minded agencies during the final stages of development meant that we could really get under the covers of how they operate and make tweaks and improvements to our solution to ensure that it genuinely delivers a step change in what’s possible when it comes to real estate CRMs.”

CEO at Greg Hocking Real Estate Greg Hocking said that he was looking for a tech solution that would support a growing network with a full suite of capabilities.

“Partnering with a recognised industry leader with a strong reputation for operational excellence was an excellent opportunity for the VaultRE team to optimise the product prior to full market launch,” he said.

“As early adopters of a CRM solution we feel is far superior to anything else on the market, we believe VaultRE will be a tangible way for us to further differentiate the Greg Hocking brand and allow us to become even more efficient as we expand our network.”

Mr Hocking said that the move worked smoothly.

“Moving to VaultRE was the easiest CRM change I’ve been involved with. We identified a few small issues which were fixed within hours. Being able to talk directly to the programmers at VaultRE is a standout feature of their service; where they weren’t able to fix a problem on the spot, they kept us posted on the progress of that change.

“The transition to VaultRE has been incredibly smooth, with no negative impact to business as usual activities across our network. Targeted staff training prior to the change meant that our team was able to hit the ground running in 2019, and we’re already seeing huge benefits in our people being able to work more effectively on the road and remotely with all the information they need at their fingertips.”
