Two C21 offices are leading the way in the WA market despite its unique set of hurdles, earning national recognition and taking out numerous state network accolades.
Century 21 offices Team Brockhurst and Advance Realty from WA are both finalists in the REIA annual awards and have both taken out numerous awards in the recent C21 state awards.
Century 21 chair Charles Tarbey said the key to success is maintaining focus, especially in the face of challenges.
“It’s been an outstanding achievement from [both offices] who, despite the challenging local market conditions, maintained a strong focus on the customer and the community, which brought them great success.
“It has been a challenging few years for real estate in the Western Australian market as the state went through downturn in listings, sales and property prices. Century 21 offices have not only shown great resilience to weather the storm but been able to come out on top.”
The REIA recently announced the finalists for its 2019 awards.
Century 21 Team Brockhurst, operating in Huntingdale, is a finalist in three categories: Medium Residential Agency of the Year, Community Service Award, and for Melissa Harmer, Corporate Support Person of the Year.
Principal Josh Brockhurst said that it was a team effort.
“My entire team contributed to the success we have achieved over the previous 12 months, and we are extremely proud to be acknowledged in the prestigious REIA awards.”
The agency was also recognised in the Century 21 WA Annual Awards where, along with others, they took out the coveted Centurion Office and Double Centurion awards.
Century 21 Advance Realty from Bunbury is a finalist for the innovation category. The office was also prominent in the Century 21 annual awards, most notably for the highest business growth title.
The C21 annual awards are held across each of the states to recognise stand-out achievements from individuals and teams across the entire network.
