New Farm boutique real estate agency Hutton & Hutton is truly a family business, with all members of the Hutton family selling and leasing properties in Brisbane’s Inner North.
Peter Hutton is the CEO and principal agent of the New Farm branch, and wife Karen works as the art director for the agency. Their two daughters, Lucy and Paris, are also active in the business, with Lucy working as a leasing manager and Paris recently starting in sales administration.
Mr Hutton said that he’s overjoyed to see his family working together to move the business forward and serve the community of New Farm.
“When you walk through the doors, you’ll immediately be treated like an old friend,” he said.
“I’ve been in real estate for 25 years, so I can say from experience that boutique agencies are simply better when it comes to providing high-quality customer service and attention to detail. When the whole family are so dedicated to helping people realise their dreams, you know you’ve got something really special.”
Lucy Hutton said that Hutton & Hutton is an expanding real estate agency group located in New Farm and Hawthorne offering a “fresh, creative, yet personalised” touch to buying, selling and renting in Brisbane.
Ms Hutton, who has been working in the business for almost a year, said that she wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
“I’m so passionate about real estate because it’s been a part of my life for so long. I’ve grown up in a household that was dedicated to the New Farm community,” she said.
“I treat all my clients like they are part of the family, as when they walk in with an interest and love for New Farm, they basically are my family. You won’t find a group of people who love this community more.”
