A husband and wife team has joined LJ Hooker Hope Island’s sales division, coinciding with increased demand across the region.
Adam and Jacqui Hope have joined the sales division as sales manager and area specialist, respectively. The pair join from Harcourts Coastal.
Shane Colquhoun, director of six LJ Hooker offices including Hope Island, said the Hopes had positioned themselves as leading real estate advisers throughout Hope Island and its neighbouring suburbs over the last eight years.
“Adam and Jacqui’s clients speak very highly of them for the results they’ve achieved, and their knowledge and connections through the local marketplace are exceptional,” Mr Colquhoun said.
“Their professionalism has always impressed me. Both have an acute sense for knowing what the market is looking for and know how to effectively partner with clients to best present their homes to attract buyers.
“With Adam’s sales experience and Jacqui’s marketing expertise added to the team, LJ Hooker Hope Island is well equipped to propel into the future.”
Meanwhile, LJ Hooker Hope Island principal Pascal Pierre said Hope Island was “bursting with potential” and that the agency was “growing to accommodate the interest gathering in the local market”.
“We are seeing a good level of activity in the marketplace since restrictions started to ease, with those buyers that were ready to transact prior to the pandemic seeing through their purchases. This renewed activity, coupled with a shortage of homes coming on the market because many sellers chose to ‘wait and see what happens’, is causing a flurry of activity,” Mr Pierre said.
“We’re achieving very good results for our vendors and, in quite a number of cases, exceeding their expectations on price. We don’t know what the future will hold, but what we do know is that currently we have buyers who are purchasing homes regardless of the current climate.
“With that said, Hope Island is a logical choice in our expansion on the Northern Gold Coast, as it supplements our other five offices along the same corridor; and so, we can cater to the needs of even more valuable clients with our growing number of dedicated professionals within our group.
“Having people of Adam and Jacqui’s talent joining our team at LJ Hooker Hope Island will bolster our agency’s capabilities to further benefit our clients and future-proof the business.”
