Ray White Commercial (WA) has welcomed a new senior office leasing adviser to its team.
Dan Clarke will be joining the outfit, after he noted the opportunity arose “to expand the office leasing team’s dynamic and portfolio”.
“Ray White Commercial (WA) is in the perfect position to take on a significant role within the Perth office leasing market, and Ray White itself is a well-known and trusted brand,” he stated.
With knowledge across all office leasing markets, Mr Clarke said he wants “to continue to build strong relationships with the immediate Perth and national owners and deliver on their expectations”.
“I also pride myself on excellent communication and customer service skills, with a real drive to succeed,” he continued.
Ray White Commercial (WA) director of office leasing Clive Norman expressed his excitement at having a new addition to the team, “which will further strengthen our presence in the Perth office leasing sector”.
