Industry heavyweight Josh Tesolin has hand-picked his new-look team, as the high-performing agent looks to expand in the Quakers Hill and surrounding suburbs.

As part of his expansion plans, Mr Tesolin welcomes local agent Taylor Bredin and his sales associate Nathan Beazley, plus experienced operator Marc Haddad, to join his agency.

The elite performer, who in the month since he joined the Ray White Group listed 30 properties and sold five in this week alone, believes hiring young and upcoming talent will help him create a more successful agency.

“I am on a mission to be the top agent at Ray White and build the number one team. We are all young and hungry and proven performers and all under the age of 30. Recruiting strong, young talent is my focus, as well as listing and selling,” Mr Tesolin said.

The award-winning agent believes his new-look team has an opportunity to grow as there are plenty of buyers wanting to purchase properties in the lead-up to Christmas.

“This month I became a principal and I got to work. I hit the ground running and did what I do best, which is list and sell property. To build an elite business, I need a high-performing team, and I am determined to be the biggest and best team at the top agency group.”

Taylor Bredin, who has been given honorary elite status at Ray White due to his high volume of sales, is a high-energy and motivated agent. Mr Bredin is the #1 agent by volume in his marketplace of Stanhope Gardens.

“I love helping people with their real estate needs. It’s a dynamic business and I love this industry, and I am excited by what the future holds at Ray White Quakers Hill,” Mr Bredin said.

Meanwhile, Marc Anthony Haddad is another familiar face in Sydney’s west real estate scene.

He’s been well known for his client service focus and extensive knowledge of the marketplace.

“I was born and bred in Sydney’s west. This is where I call home and I am looking forward to working with Josh and the team,” Mr Haddad said.
