Ascot is the latest postcode to benefit from the Harcourts brand, with an experienced property professional selecting the franchise to open up a new shopfront.
Jacqui Bartholomeusz has unveiled a new Ascot office under the Harcourts brand, further expanding the group across Brisbane’s north market.
Ms Bartholomeusz has headed up the Harcourts Clayfield office for 13 years and said the move to open up at Ascot was a full-circle point in her career, having first kicked off in real estate at the suburb’s Racecourse Road.
“It really was a no-brainer for me, and to now do it with the support of the Harcourts network makes it all that much better,” Ms Bartholomeusz said.
“The office is located right opposite a very well-known park, Oriel Park, so it is really easy for people to just drop in. To me, community is really important. We don’t want to convey that stereotypical sterile office feel; what we are is part of this amazing community and we really want to be seen as such.”
Ms Bartholomeusz said it’s been great to have the support of Harcourts during her real estate career, particularly when opening up her first shopfront over a decade ago.
“Honestly, when I decided to join a franchise, I looked at all the brands, but it was Harcourts that lined up most with my values of always doing the right thing,” she explained.
“It was really important to me that whatever I did, I did it in a credible way, and that’s what Harcourts represents. They offer a clean brand, amazing training programs and a real will to help everyone be better, you really do feel like you are part of a much bigger family.”
Harcourts Queensland CEO Jonathan King congratulated Ms Bartholomeusz on her latest office addition, noting her as “an incredible leader that absolutely lived the Harcourts values”.
“Jacqui is the ultimate team player and a terrific leader,” Mr King said.
“Always willing to lend a hand, Jacqui regularly reaches out to others within the group to offer support in addition to her own team.
“I’m thrilled that Jacqui and her staff have been able to open a second location in Ascot, a region where Harcourts has a very long and successful heritage.
“To have team Bartholomeusz now creating their own legacy within this highly prized and strategic location within Brisbane is something the entire network is incredibly excited about.”
