Motivated and passionate agents, principals and property management professionals are being invited to apply for a new property panel that is expected to “guide and shape” future initiatives.

A statement from REA Group revealed it is seeking real estate agents, principals and property managers for the creation of an inaugural realestate.com.au panel.

The panel’s role will be to discuss current industry trends and help shape the future of real estate, with ideas and feedback expected to directly guide REA’s creation of new products and services.

Not only will panel participants connect with like-minded peers, they will also have the opportunity to benefit from expert coaching, mentoring sessions and other incentives, REA revealed.

REA Group said the panel will see professionals “come together in the new exclusive online community”, with participation and engagement of panellists to occur by way of polls, focus groups and discussion forums.

According to REA Group’s chief sales officer, Kul Singh, the property panel is a great step forward in efforts towards continued collaboration between the brand and its customers.

“This year has shown, as an industry, we’re more resilient when we work together,” Mr Singh said.

“In 2020, we’ve worked more closely with our customers than ever before. We listened and offered flexible support, products and services to help meet their needs in an uncertain time.”

The chief sales officer said REA Group is “committed to supporting the growth and success of our customers, and want to continue to find ways to work together to build an even more resilient industry”.

He said the property panel will provide customers with an opportunity to work closely with REA Group and formalises the company’s collaboration approach.

“Ultimately, it allows our customers to play a role in influencing our development pipeline at REA,” he said.

Interested individuals are encouraged to apply for a panel position via REA’s agent marketing centre before 28 October.
