Eview Group is expanding into the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne with the onboarding of agent Peter de Vries.

Peter de Vries Licenced Estate Agent is a Berwick-based, “client-centric and solution-focused” brand, according to a statement.

Eview Group CEO Manos Findikakis said the company is honoured that a highly experienced and well-respected real estate agent such as Mr de Vries would join the network.

“It’s been nothing but pure delight,” he said of the new brand’s coming to life.

“We are full of anticipation and excitement as Peter unleashes his bold and authentic vision into the Berwick (and surrounding) marketplace, bolstering a genuine and down-to-earth approach, with an intricate understanding of contemporary real estate operations.”

Considering himself as a “true ‘people person’”, Mr de Vries has been lauded for his fine-tuned negotiating skills, a slightly left-of-centre creative outlook, and a sincere and relatable approach to real estate.

He considers real estate as providing “a wonderful platform to help connect with people who have a property-based solution to uncover, and I love that challenge”.

His choice of the Eview Group to power his agency came after significant research, the agent said.

“It became increasingly apparent that Eview Group was going to offer a professional opportunity, unshackled by common constraints.”

He added that the network provides “an unexpected and refreshing freedom to develop and operate as distinctively as you wish”.

It seems Eview Group sees the agent’s addition as just as beneficial, with Mr Findikakis considering Mr de Vries as offering the network “a perfect combination of positive energy, strategy, and a level of genuine authenticity and care that will, without question, benefit our growing network of agents”.

Eview Group called the new office launch an exciting advancement for the network, which would both bolster the brand’s national serviceability while also providing a state-level footprint for further national growth.
