The reopening of Australia’s interstate borders makes it the perfect time for one network to spread its wings past its Victoria-only beginnings.
The venture will see husband and wife team Daniel Arnott and Monique Cruse take the reins of Obrien Real Estate - Cairns & Beaches, and it’s the first time Obrien has opened an office outside of the Victorian marketplace.
The new office will service sought-after locations, including Palm Cove, Trinity Beach and the Smithfield area, and target investor, family and luxury-seeking demographics.
Mr Arnott and Ms Cruse themselves made the move from Melbourne to Cairns with their family just last year, and are no strangers to the Obrien name.
Having worked with Obrien Real Estate for more than seven years, a statement from the network said the pair noted the pair as “thoroughly familiar with the Obrien Real Estate processes [and] values, and are excited to begin this next chapter”.
According to Mr Arnott, the duo “always believe in serving our clients with an unwavering commitment through transparent and open communication along with an outstanding degree of personal care”.
Obriens Real Estate now has 30 offices in operation – a far cry from the one it began with back in October 2010. The Obrien Real Estate - Cairns & Beaches office is the first interstate office to open.
