A new “solution” will see six sister offices come together as one platform on the Gold Coast.
LJ Hooker Solutions Gold Coast is the brainchild of LJ directors Nicole Hintz, Pascal Pierre and Shane Colquhoun.
Launched on 1 January 2021, the new strategy sees the LJ Hooker offices at Nerang, Pacific Pines, Helensvale, Hope Island, Coomera and Ormeau combine forces for marketing purposes.
The new name is one part of the culmination of almost a year’s worth of planning from the directorship trio, with a statement from the group explaining that “Mrs Hintz, Mr Pierre and Mr Colquhoun share multiple business partnerships together so creating an umbrella marketing brand for their existing offices made perfect sense”.
From Ms Hintz’ perspective, “having that synergy means that we are more powerful and once you put all that together, with more resources, more knowledge, we’re all sharing to make that journey better for our clients.”
Adding to Ms Hintz’ words, Mr Pierre stated: “A house is a house, photos are photos – but it’s the people that hold hands on either side of the transaction that make it happen. That’s the single most important thing.”
Despite the marketing and name shift, all offices will remain open. According to LJ Hooker Solutions Gold Coast, it’s a bid to ensure that the brand maintains its local presence.
Mr Colquhoun said “we are coming together as one but still maintaining the culture that we have in each individual office”.
“We want to keep what makes each office successful in their areas and build on those foundations,” he concluded.
