Two real estate business performance trainers have become the newest franchise recruits for Ray White.
With more than 25 years of industry experience between them, Jessica King and Kirrilli Cobley have started a venture of their own, after their most recent roles as corporate Queensland performance executives at Ray White.
Ray White Indooroopilly will see the pair strive to be market specialists for their customers, whether they are buying, selling or looking for local market advice.
“At the end of the day, it’s not about us,” Ms Cobley began.
“It’s about the client. We want to provide, via knowledge, the confidence to transact in the real estate market by guiding them through every step of the process.”
She revealed that the now open agency will offer customers “a complete end-to-end service that will make their property journey simple and stress-free”, as well as aid clients with their finance, insurance and post-purchasing or sale needs.
Weighing in, Ms King said “we know that we need to simply listen to our customers and everything we do will have the customer experience in mind”.
“We will do this with style and grace,” she continued, outlining that the pair’s ultimate goal “is to be the most desired and wanted agency in Indooroopilly”.
Reflecting on their own experience — and after coaching many Ray White teams to obtain success — Ms Cobley and Ms King stated that they felt ready to take the leap and practise what they preached.
Ms Cobley explained that the pair have been coaching businesses for a long time on performance, but wanted “to be on the frontline — being involved in the biggest transactions most people make in their lives”.
From their previous roles with Ray White, Ms King said they understand “the true value of what a major franchise like Ray White can offer and how it can help us provide the very best service possible to our clients”.
She considered that “no other group can compete with the volume of experience and knowledge that Ray White has to offer.”
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew has offered his congratulations to “the dynamic duo”.
He said: “Kirrilli and Jess represent a fresh, new generation of innovative business leaders who will take Ray White Queensland into the future. Their energy is in direct alignment with many of the exciting young leaders that are emerging in our company.
“We are thrilled to see them take this step and have no doubt their energy and ambition will be a great asset to the Ray White Group in this new capacity.
“We look forward to supporting them and celebrating their success.”
