A Gold Coast principal has just opened his fifth office and welcomed a new general manager to the business in a bid to unlock the group’s “full potential”.

Ray White Runaway Bay Group principal Ali Mian is gearing up for a big 2021, as he revealed the opening of his newest office — Ray White Arundel — on the Northern Gold Coast.

It joins established Runaway Bay office locations: Ray White Runaway Bay, Ray White Sovereign Island, Ray White Paradise Point and Ray White Pacific Pines.

According to the principal, the Arundel office is the “missing link” between his offerings, providing more comprehensive coverage of the Gold Coast region.

Calling it a “niche market”, Mr Mian said his team is well suited to selling in Arundel, with many of his team members already living and selling property in the area.

“The expansion was only natural,” he added.

While he is still looking to recruit new talent to the fifth office, Mr Mian has already made efforts to strengthen the group, onboarding veteran David Rake in the position of general manager.

The role of the new recruit, according to Mr Rake himself, will be to “help committed people do extraordinary things in their business”.

“Ali and I have some exciting and lofty ambitions, but we know that to achieve the goals we’ve set for the group this year, the key is the recognition and continual development of our people, and ensuring they have a safe, secure and fun environment to come to everyday,” he commented.

He described the current Gold Coast market as being “at an all-time high”, expressing how the business wants to develop the current team as well as keep growing.

“Not only this, but we want to shape a team that are the very best in their field, so we’re on the hunt for fresh talent and experienced operators that are excited to keep achieving more and are wanting to unlock their full potential,” he said.

Commenting on the new office opening, Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said: “It is great to see innovative business leaders like Ali taking Ray White Queensland into the future with his wealth of experience and ambition.

“We are also thrilled to see David take this step and we look forward to supporting him and celebrating his continued success.

“He is one of the best in the business and I have no doubt he will help Ali and the Ray White Runaway Bay Group reach a new level of success in 2021.”

Alongside Ray White chairman Brian White and managing director Dan White, the trio have congratulated both Mr Mian and Mr Rake on “adding another feather to their caps”.
