One of Australia’s biggest networks has secured the services of a top Melbourne agent, who is embarking on a new office with the brand.
After years of servicing Melbourne’s west, Leigh Grixti has been revealed as joining forces with real estate agency Ray White.
Alongside him are two new recruits: sales agent Brian Bui and sales associate Jessica Farrugia.
For the past four years, Mr Grixti has serviced the likes of Melbourne west suburbs following up his successful four-year run in Aintree, Fraser Rise, Taylor’s Hill, Burnside Heights and Caroline Springs.
With experience in buying, building, renovating through to selling, the agent will soon be operating out of a new office space.
According to the agent, his alignment with Ray White “is the next chapter”.
“One where I get to level up and improve my customer outcomes even further within Victoria’s largest group,” he said.
The former high school teacher has worn many caps, with knowledge spanning secondary teaching, applied science, life coaching as well as marketing, business and neuro-linguistic programming.
It’s the neuro-linguistic programming that Mr Grixti hopes will help him breathe new life into customer service.
Neuro-linguistic programming involves analysing strategies used by successful individuals and applying them to reach a personal goal and relates thoughts, language and patterns of behaviour learnt through experience to specific outcomes.
Mr Grixti explained: “I am a people person and having studied neuro-linguistic programming and psychology, I strongly believe this provides me with a deeper level of understanding and communication with buyers and sellers, making me the logical choice in selecting the right agent.”
Helped along by his new team, which he plans to grow into a group of like-minded professionals, Mr Grixti said he is ready to “step up” into the role of agency leader.
Weighing in on Mr Grixti’s choice to open an office with the network, Ray White Group chairman Brian White said: “Growth is the oxygen for a business like ours. While growth may be in our DNA, our core purpose has always been to provide the best environment for our agents to thrive and prosper in.
“I think 2021 is going to be an even bigger year for our whole group.”
