A new partnership between The Agency and the Australian Turf Club sees the real estate group given the title of official commercial and residential real estate agency partner.

According to a statement from the Australian Turf Club, the new real estate partnership is recognised across Royal Randwick, Rosehill Gardens, Warwick Farm, Canterbury Park and Rosehill Bowling Club, and complements a renewal of a three-year sponsorship deal from The Agency.

For Corina Black, Australian Turf Club executive general manager commercial, it’s an honour to extend The Agency’s partnership, with The Agency CEO Matt Lahood at the helm.

“Engaged commercial partners are incredibly important to the commercial success of Australian Turf Club,” she said.

“Matt Lahood is an innovator and leader in his field and we look forward to working exclusively with him and The Agency team across the next three years.”

Mr Lahood has also weighed in, stating: “The Agency Group is thrilled to be appointed as the official real estate agents for the Australian Turf Club and as an official sponsor for another three years.

“I have personally been involved with the Australian Turf Club as an agent and sponsor for more than 20 years, working alongside the ATC management team on their extensive property portfolio. The Agency is honoured to continue this important relationship.”

As part of the relationship, The Agency will have feature race-naming rights including: Group 1 The Agency George Ryder Stakes on Longines Golden Slipper Day at Rosehill Gardens, Group 2 The Agency Villiers Stakes on The Agency Villiers Stakes Day at Royal Randwick, and the famous The Agency Meeting Tree opposite the Theatre of the Horse.
