REB Masterclass 2021

REB, with the support of Managed App, is pleased to reveal the launch of a brand-new masterclass: How to launch a growth agency.

Leading coach and trainer Tom Panos, Managed App’s Thom Richards and REB’s executive editor Phillip Tarrant, alongside moderator Grace Ormsby, will unpack all the fundamentals – and realities – of kicking off a new real estate agency in 2021.

With the aim of getting agents firing on all cylinders, and fast, the masterclass has been designed with agents who are looking to step out on their own in mind, and will cover topics including business plans, resources, risk and return, and creating a compelling offering.

Questions that will be considered by the panel of experts include: Do I have what it takes to launch my own agency? How important is timing market performance? How do I evaluate risks versus returns? How can I carve out market share from established agencies?

REB executive editor Phillip Tarrant has called the masterclass “a must-watch” for agents who are looking to take the leap into business ownership.

“It’s no secret many real estate professionals see themselves heading up their own agency one day. We want to arm agents with everything they need to know about kicking off a growth agency before taking the plunge.”

Thom Richards said that insight contained within the masterclass will give agents the confidence to forge ahead with their career plans – “no matter whether you are ready now to launch your own business, or it’s a decision you are looking to make down the track.”

“We’ll be unpacking industry-leading business strategies and case studies to better prepare agents who are wishing to make the leap into agency leadership.”
