The leading Western Sydney agent has made a network switch in a bid to own his own business.
Ray White has revealed Mr Diamantidis will be partnering with the network as he embarks on the new venture.
Mr Diamantidis will be joined in the new business by his wife, Mary Diamantidis, under the banner Ray White St Marys - Diamantidis Group.
Amber Boumelhem, the new business owner’s sales associate from Raine & Horne St Marys, will also be moving across to work in the new agency.
After having his biggest year ever during 2020, the top agent said “this year is all about moving into business ownership and mentoring my own team”.
Expressing his excitement about “the future with Ray White”, he said he was attracted to the network’s “innovative nature, first-class marketing and family values”.
“Family business is key,” he said, considering Ray White St Marys - Diamantidis Group as a family business first and foremost.
Now that his agency is off the ground, the agent is setting his sights on building up an award-winning team for the business.
Weighing in on the agent’s alignment with the Ray White brand, NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch said Mr Diamantidis is just one agent in a new wave of high-performing young agents joining the group.
“We really have become a brand of attraction here in New South Wales for this style of agent,” Mr McCulloch said.
“We firmly see ourselves as partners, not franchisors, and this collaborative approach is very attractive to the next generation of business owners.
“We are progressive and support their ambitions.”
Ray White Group managing director Dan White said it was a huge compliment for the network to be chosen by the likes of Mr Diamantidis.
He said: “Growth is the oxygen for a business like ours; it’s in our DNA, and our core purpose has always been to provide the best environment for our agents and businesses to thrive and prosper in.
“I think 2021 is going to be an even bigger year for our whole group.”
