It’s been a busy month and a bit for one brand, which now touts new offices across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and even New Zealand.

Century 21 has welcomed the five new offices into the network’s fold, with CEO James Bell considering the announcement to be “just the beginning” of further growth for the group, which has “a healthy pipeline of additional offices at various stages of onboarding”.

Mr Bell said they had seen “a lot of interest from industry professionals looking to run their own agency, and the full-service C21 offering has resonated with them”.

Among the openings are two current franchisors expanding their offerings with second offices, a new Sydney CBD projects and development offering, and two new residential offices.

Sydney is set to host two new Century 21 offerings.

The first is Century 21 Projects Australia, an agency dedicated to projects and developments across the Australasia region and is based in the Sydney CBD.

According to a statement from the network, principal Martin Liszewski will draw from his experience across both the financial sector and project marketing in a bid to set the benchmark for project marketing.

Commenting on the office’s opening, the principal said his team of professionals with diverse backgrounds “will enable us to deliver tailored solutions with an end-to-end process supported by technology and a relationship-based framework”.

The second, over in Sydney’s west, sees principal Stavros Davelis leading Century 21 Davelis & Co.

Century 21 Davelis & Co aims to elevate the real estate experience across the Blacktown region across residential sales, commercial sales and leasing.

According to Mr Davelis, “Century 21 is such an iconic brand that all Australians know and love”.

“Combining that with my industry experience and knowledge of the local area will really set us apart from our competition,” he expressed.

Adding to their existing portfolios are Century 21 principals Patrick Emini and CJ Setlhong.

Mr Emini is a principal who has been servicing Victoria’s Berwick since 2013. He’s now opened a second office under the Century 21 Property Specialists name in Narre Warren.

Century 21 Barossa is also set to expand across two locations with the opening of a new office in South Australia’s Kapunda, with Mr Setlhong steering the ship.

Across the ditch, the real estate brand has also onboarded a new team in central Manakau, effective early March.

Rupinder Kaur and Surbani Sandhu lead the Century 21 Fairdeal Realty team, to service some of South Auckland’s key residential growth areas

The directors have claimed marketing and cultural fit as key to their decision to align with the network.

Mr Sandhu said it was “absolutely right for us”.

“With extremely attractive branding, impressive technology, and the network going from strength to strength, we could not go past C21,” he added.

With another six offices recently renewing their commitment to the Century 21 brand, and a further three offices anticipated, Mr Bell said that each new location adds to the network’s growth and “further cements Century 21 as the most recognised real estate brand globally”.

“I would like to congratulate each of our new offices and am confident they will achieve great success,” the CEO concluded.
